Aurevia is designed for students and young adults, including users under 13 years of age. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

• We do not collect any personal information from users
• We do not require account creation or login credentials
• All data remains on the user's device
• Parents can delete all app data by deleting the app from the device

Your Data Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data: All data is visible within the app
• Delete your data: Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all local data
• Export your data: Currently not supported, but data is not stored externally
• Opt-out of tracking: No tracking occurs, so no opt-out is needed

Data Retention

• Data is retained on your device until you delete the app
• No backup copies are stored on our servers
• No data is retained after app deletion
